34% of Americans Want To Impeach George Bush. 43% Cheney.
According to the American Research Group Inc., 64% of American voters say that President
George W. Bush has abused his powers as president and 34% say that the abuses rise to the level of impeachable offenses and Mr. Bush should be
impeached and removed from office.

The report also says that 70% of voters believe that Vice President Dick Cheney has abused his powers, 43% would like to see him removed from office as well.
While I'm not surprised with the result, this means nothing about an actual impeachment. The impeachment process is a highly technical, legal process. The study tells us a lot about what Americans think of Bush and Cheney, but it's not quite a sufficient legal analysis.
Seeing as the democratic Congress has made no real accusations against the Bush administration, it is best to assume that they're going to keep their mouths shut.
